Key responsibilities
- Detailing group itineraries to align with client requirements and hotel capabilities.
- Managing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and adherence to luxury standards.
- Overseeing on‑site event execution, coordinating with all hotel departments to deliver flawless experiences.
