Finance Admin Operations Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing company in the Meta Ads solutions sector, operating with teams in France and Dubai. We seek a freelance Finance & Admin Operations Manager to structure, secure, and optimise daily financial and administrative processes for a portfolio of multi‑currency clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor monthly subscription renewals, track daily payments across Stripe, bank wires and crypto, and produce daily status reports.
• Create and verify client invoices in Zoho Books, coordinate with the accounting firm, and track invoice lifecycles.
• Process approved refund requests, update Zoho Books and Pipedrive, and ensure accurate tracking.
• Record and categorise monthly expenses (salaries, contractors, tools, fees) in Notion and prepare data for month‑end closing.
• Calculate sales commissions and verify referral partner payments, raising alerts for any anomalies.
• Support contract‑related queries, collaborate with front‑ and back‑office teams, and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial and administrative operations, including management accounting and cash‑flow tracking.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.

• Multi‑currency financial management (USD, EUR, crypto).
• Digital payment platforms: Stripe, bank wire transfers, crypto wallets.
• Zoho Books invoicing.
