Finance Assistant – Support Daily Financial Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to help manage daily financial and administrative tasks. The role involves processing transactions, maintaining records, and supporting the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions.
• Support accounts payable and receivable, including invoice, expense, and payment processing.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with bank, credit‑card, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, financial reports, and account summaries.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Help gather documentation for audits and financial reviews.
• Enter and update data in accounting and finance systems.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders on finance‑related requests.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
