Finance Manager

About the role

DP World Logistics Morocco is looking for a Finance Manager to support the FF SSA Head of Finance and the operational companies with end-to-end financial reporting and FP&A, as well as related strategic initiatives. The role covers daily profitability monitoring, month-end close, consolidation, IFRS and M&A support.

Key responsibilities

• Daily review of profitability reports with escalations to operations for corrections
• Reconciliations between ERP systems (CargoesRunner, Oracle Fusion, local ERP)
• Manage month-end close, financial controls and reporting to the FF Regional HOD
• Detailed reviews of actuals versus budget and forecast, and gross profit and exception reporting with operating companies
• Take part in preparing budgets and forecasts, and prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
• Manage net working capital, and process accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Consolidate financial and management reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual reports and Hyperion packs
• Apply IFRS in consolidation and M&A, support external audits, and ensure compliance with IFRS and tax legislation
• Prepare accurate statutory financial statements annually and act as custodian of risk, internal controls and governance for the country
• Work with regional finance teams, support M&A activities and new finance system implementations

Required profile

• Minimum honours degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of direct experience in the duties described, including in the clearing and forwarding environment
• CA / CIMA or equivalent qualification
