Fleet & Operations Manager

About the role

Toogo is building the future of mobility in Morocco and seeks a Fleet & Operations Manager to lead its operations team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for driver acquisition, fleet oversight, team leadership, and ensuring operational excellence across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the driver acquisition strategy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing operations team.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance across the platform.
• Scale operations while maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Drive performance improvements through data analysis, process optimization, and strong execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, fleet management, mobility, logistics, or a similar field.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage both field operations and strategic initiatives.
