About the role

Toogo is building the future of mobility in Morocco and seeks a Fleet & Operations Manager to lead its operations team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for driver acquisition, fleet oversight, team leadership, and ensuring operational excellence across the platform.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the driver acquisition strategy.
Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations and performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing operations team.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance across the platform.
Scale operations while maintaining efficiency and quality.
Drive performance improvements through data analysis, process optimization, and strong execution.

Required profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations, fleet management, mobility, logistics, or a similar field.
Proven experience leading and developing teams.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data‑driven mindset.
Ability to manage both field operations and strategic initiatives.
