About the role
Atlas Multiservices, a subsidiary of Royal Air Maroc, is launching a large‑scale recruitment drive for cabin crew members. The programme aims to hire 500 new flight attendants and stewards to join the airline’s fleet and support its growing network.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight.
- Provide in‑flight service, including meal distribution and assistance.
- Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to maintain operational standards.
Required profile
- Moroccan nationality.
- Minimum education: Bac+2 (or equivalent foreign diploma).
- Age between 21 and 27 years as of 31/08/2026.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Height: at least 1.60 m for women, 1.70 m for men, not exceeding 1.95 m.
- Ability to swim; safety‑rescue certificate optional.
