Freelance Linguistics Specialist – Moroccan Arabic (Darija)

About the role

Editage is building a global pool of freelance contributors to support AI and language‑based projects. We are looking for bilingual speakers of Moroccan Arabic (Darija) to work remotely on a variety of short‑term, task‑oriented assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine text, translations, and captions across domains such as travel, food, lifestyle, and finance.
• Transcribe spoken conversations and perform quality‑check procedures.
• Label or annotate voice, text, or image content for machine‑learning datasets.
• Review and correct outputs generated by AI systems.
• Assist in localizing content for AI model training and deployment.

Required profile

• Near‑native proficiency in Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and strong command of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Prior experience in translation, editing, transcription, or related language tasks is preferred.
