French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat, and email while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with CRM systems.
