French-speaking Sales Development Representative (Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative with a technical mindset to join a leading B2B sales acceleration partner. The role focuses on outbound prospecting and consultative conversations within the engineering and SaaS sectors for French‑market clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a high‑volume outbound strategy with an average of 50 targeted touchpoints per day.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to identify pain points and present complex technical solutions.
• Manage and track lead generation activity, pipeline, and outreach within Salesforce.
• Achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging based on market feedback.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
• Background in Engineering or strong technical aptitude for SaaS concepts.
• Proven experience in consultative or concept‑based sales.
• High coachability and a desire to continuously improve sales skills.
• Resilient, curious and determined personality suited to a fast‑paced environment.
