Full-Stack Engineer (AI & Product)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer who treats AI as a core part of the tech stack, not just a buzzword. As an early member of our engineering team you will create seamless user experiences while building the backend systems that power AI‑driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, LiteLLM, OCR, Docker, WorkOS, and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate and optimise large‑language‑model (LLM) features with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex and manage vector databases.
• Own feature development end‑to‑end, from prompt engineering to production deployment.
• Optimize performance for high‑traffic interfaces and computationally intensive AI inference.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure AI features are intuitive, ethical, and solve real user problems.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency with Next.js and a strong focus on state management, component reusability, and fast UX.
• Solid experience building backend services in Node.js, Python (FastAPI) or Go, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or open‑source LLMs (Llama, Mistral) and knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and model fine‑tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
