General Manager - Luxury Hotel, Al Hoceima

About the role

ACCOR is looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced hospitality leader to run its flag hotel in Al Hoceima. As General Manager you will manage the hotel overall, covering guest satisfaction, staff leadership, financial performance and operational efficiency, while driving business growth, upholding brand standards and building a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire all departments to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Set the overall management and strategic direction of the property so all departments align with key objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ACCOR standards and local regulations.
• Make sure KPI goals are met.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and cost controls.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, training and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners and the owner.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic; multilingual skills are a plus.
