About the role
IA Group is seeking a bilingual German/English Claim Investigator and Recovery Associate to join its Casablanca team. You will play a key role in assessing credit insurance claims, negotiating resolutions, and recovering outstanding amounts for international trade clients.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate the validity of credit insurance claims and gather supporting documentation.
- Negotiate and resolve trade conflicts with counterparties.
- Recover outstanding claims and ensure timely settlement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across local and regional offices.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports and maintain case files.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in international trade or insurance claims.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage a high volume of cases.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Independent worker who also thrives in a collaborative team setting.
Required skills
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
