About the role

IA Group is seeking a bilingual German/English Claim Investigator and Recovery Associate to join its Casablanca team. You will play a key role in assessing credit insurance claims, negotiating resolutions, and recovering outstanding amounts for international trade clients.

Key responsibilities

Investigate the validity of credit insurance claims and gather supporting documentation.
Negotiate and resolve trade conflicts with counterparties.
Recover outstanding claims and ensure timely settlement.
Collaborate with colleagues across local and regional offices.
Prepare detailed investigation reports and maintain case files.

Required profile

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in international trade or insurance claims.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage a high volume of cases.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities.
Independent worker who also thrives in a collaborative team setting.

Required skills

Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
