About the role

This position is responsible for independently handling support tickets, providing on‑call assistance, and performing root‑cause analysis to ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong German language skills and the ability to work within defined service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide on‑call escalation support and conduct root‑cause analysis of issues.
Maintain and update the knowledge base, train new analysts and coach team members.
Resolve tickets independently within agreed SLA volumes and timeframes.
Drive customer satisfaction through first‑call resolution and minimize rejected or reopened cases.

Required profile

Fluent German speaking ability.
Strong analytical mindset for root‑cause investigations.
Ability to work autonomously and meet SLA targets.
Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and internal training.
