About the role
The Gift Shop Agent will manage the daily operations of the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat gift shop, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and maintaining high standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the gift shop.
- Greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide personalized assistance.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with set‑up and closing procedures alongside co‑workers.
- Support ordering, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality environments.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Flexibility to assist with opening and closing duties.
