About the role

The Gift Shop Agent will manage the daily operations of the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat gift shop, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the gift shop.
• Greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide personalized assistance.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with set‑up and closing procedures alongside co‑workers.
• Support ordering, stock replenishment, and inventory control.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Flexibility to assist with opening and closing duties.
