Growth Marketing Specialist – B2B

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing B2B growth marketing specialist to drive client acquisition for our digital agency. This hands‑on position will own experiments, campaigns and website optimisation, working directly with the CEO to find and win the right clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse growth experiments across channels and funnel stages.
• Manage cold‑email, LinkedIn, organic and paid campaigns, optimising against clear KPIs.
• Own CRO for the company site and client‑facing work, identifying friction points and testing fixes.
• Improve the Charly website through SEO, GEO, landing‑page creation and portfolio updates.
• Write blog content and oversee SEO/GEO specialists and tooling.
• Brief and review the Google Ads contractor, adjusting landing pages and campaigns as needed.
• Set up and maintain marketing infrastructure: website CRM, cold‑email systems, alerts and automation.
• Conduct prospect research, evaluate target companies and build outreach examples.
• Implement AI agents and tooling into daily workflows.
• Keep dashboards current for team visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B growth or marketing experience, preferably in an agency or creative‑services environment.
• Hands‑on, tactical mindset – you execute campaigns, CRO and copy yourself.
• Excellent copywriting ability with a clear, persuasive style.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects while context‑switching.
• Comfortable working with data, building simple dashboards and reporting.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
