GTM Program Manager – 6-Month Contract (Jira & Atlassian)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on GTM Program Manager on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to design, build and enable a comprehensive project‑management system in Jira, together with reporting dashboards in Atlassian tools. The role will deliver a live, documented system that provides real‑time visibility into product go‑to‑market plans and launch status.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build the Jira project environment for GTM and product launch work, including issue types, fields, statuses, workflows, automation and cross‑project dependencies.
• Create standardized naming conventions, hierarchy and governance to keep the system scalable.
• Develop Atlassian dashboards (Jira dashboards, gadgets, JQL filters, Atlassian Analytics/Confluence) for executive‑level roll‑ups and team‑level operational views.
• Author a comprehensive project‑management guide and SOPs covering intake, planning, status updates, reporting cadence and roles.
• Deliver live training sessions and supporting materials to enable the GTM team to adopt the new system confidently.
• Migrate existing in‑flight GTM and launch projects into the new Jira environment and provide day‑to‑day project‑management support as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and configuring Jira project structures for complex, multi‑launch programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and customize Atlassian dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong documentation skills to produce clear SOPs and user guides.
• Experience delivering training and driving user adoption in a corporate setting.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain high data integrity.
