Guest Arrival Expert – Telephone Operator

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert – Telephone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from our hotel. Your role is to ensure every interaction feels personal, professional, and memorable, contributing to a seamless guest experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about the hotel, local area, and services.
• Assist guests with arrival and departure procedures, including check‑in, check‑out, and special requests.
• Process operational needs such as reservations adjustments, billing inquiries, and incident reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel policies, safety standards, and local attractions.
• Complete daily reports and communicate highlights or issues to the relevant departments.
• Uphold a professional appearance, uniform standards, and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused attitude.
