About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, handling a wide range of services and operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a broad range of guest services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
- Share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
