About the role
The Health & Safety Nurse provides on‑site nursing care and health surveillance for employees at the CFC site, ensuring a safe workplace and compliance with Moroccan health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Emergency & Primary Care: Deliver immediate nursing care for workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Medical Check‑ups: Coordinate and perform pre‑employment, annual, and return‑to‑work medical examinations.
- Health Surveillance: Monitor employee health, maintain health files, and follow up on chronic or work‑related health issues.
- Prevention & Education: Organise health awareness campaigns and workshops on nutrition, ergonomics, and stress management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Moroccan health and safety regulations (CNSS, INRS standards).
- Administrative Tasks: Keep health records up‑to‑date, manage medical supply inventory, and report health indicators.
