About the role

We are looking for a Health & Welfare Support professional to join our team and contribute to a safer, sustainable and more connected environment. You will work closely with employees from various backgrounds and industries to ensure their health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and emergency response to employees as needed.
• Conduct occupational health assessments and support preventive health initiatives.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a healthy work environment.
• Assist in developing health and safety policies and training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or General Nursing Diploma.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar nursing or occupational health role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care, emergency care and occupational health practices.
• Good understanding of workplace environments and health safety standards.
• Experience using IT systems for health data management.

• Proficiency with standard IT tools for documentation and reporting.
