HR Coordinator for BCG X

About the role

The HR Coordinator will support BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience and driving career development initiatives across the region. You will work closely with the People & Development (P&D) team and other functional pillars to ensure accurate talent review processes and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate talent review processes, including tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date data in Workday and other systems, ensuring accuracy for staffing, case information, and mobility.
• Create and update regular reports on headcount, capacity, LOA, attrition and other program metrics.
• Support regional points of contact for L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting.
• Collaborate with APAC P&D managers, Talent Management, Finance and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth operations.
