HR & People Assistant

About the role

The HR & People Assistant will support BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience for all talent, focusing on career development and talent review processes. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent review processes, including tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation.
• Create and update regular reports on headcount activity, capacity, LOA, mobility, attrition, and other program needs.
• Assist regional points of contact for L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting.
• Collaborate with the Regional P&D team on people-focused initiatives to drive culture, engagement, and development.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep others on track.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High self‑motivation, resourcefulness, and initiative.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for building culture and positive employee experiences.
• 6+ months experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a people function.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
