HR Generalist (HRBP) – Casablanca

About the role

Arrow is seeking an HR Generalist (HR Business Partner) to provide HR consultation to managers and staff across all business groups in Morocco. Based in our Casablanca office, you will support employee relations, compensation, performance, change management and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Service Centers and managers on employee relations, policies, procedures and compliance.
• Drive compensation, performance metrics, change‑management initiatives and talent development programs.
• Provide guidance on Moroccan employment law, workforce planning and HR best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the Moroccan HR function, including structure, standardisation, automation, technology and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in an HR Generalist or combined HR Specialist/Generalist role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and ability to present data in executive‑ready reports.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic and solid knowledge of Moroccan employment law.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
