HR Generalist (HR Business Partner)

About the role

Arrow is seeking an HR Generalist (HR Business Partner) to support its Casablanca office and business units across Morocco. The role will act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, delivering end‑to‑end HR services and driving people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation on employee relations, policies, compensation, performance metrics and change management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Service Centers and business managers to support talent management, development and workforce planning.
• Guide managers on compliance with Moroccan employment law, company policies and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and standardisation of the Moroccan HR function, including automation, technology and KPI reporting.
• Lead or support ad‑hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience as an HR Generalist or a mix of HR specialist and generalist roles, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour legislation and solid analytical and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel occasionally.
