HR Lead North & Central Africa

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to lead HR activities across North and Central Africa. Based in Morocco, you will partner with senior leaders and country teams to ensure robust HR governance, employee engagement, and people development while supporting regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional HR strategy aligned with business and Group objectives.
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to regional and country leadership.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, relations, and off‑boarding.
• Drive workforce planning, organisational transformation, and talent management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, HR policies, and Group standards.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits and guarantee accurate HR operations.
• Harmonise HR policies, procedures and processes across the region.
• Monitor HR KPIs, provide analytics and recommendations to management.
• Lead regional HR projects, transformation programmes and digitalisation efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or multi‑country setting.
• Proven track record managing HR across several countries.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour compliance, recruitment, payroll and employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Fluent English required; French highly desirable; Arabic an advantage.
