HR Operation Manager (English & French)

About the role

The HR Operation Manager will lead all human‑resources activities for a fast‑growing garment manufacturing operation. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure compliance with labor legislation, maintain accurate employee records, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, keeping employee records current.
• Administer payroll, attendance tracking, and employee benefits.
• Plan, organize, and support training and development initiatives.
• Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with policy and labor law.
• Promote workplace safety, health, and compliance with legal and buyer requirements.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Foster positive employee relations and drive welfare programs.
• Liaise with government agencies, buyers, and regulatory bodies to meet ongoing compliance obligations.
• Provide management with HR data, analysis, and workforce reports for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the garment or textile sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HR software systems.
