HR Specialist – Global Recruitment Center (Morocco)

About the role

The HR Specialist will serve as the primary local HR contact for employees and managers, delivering end‑to‑end HR services across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the local HR team and Business HR, the role ensures smooth onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with Moroccan labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries on policies, benefits, leave, payroll and employment matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HR records and system data in line with company and local legal requirements.
• Collaborate with payroll providers to input changes, validate data and resolve payroll‑related inquiries.
• Support employee relations matters, escalating high‑risk cases to senior HR leadership.
• Generate regular HR reports, monitor key metrics and contribute to data‑quality initiatives.

• Knowledge of Moroccan labour legislation and HR best practices.
