About the role
PROMAN Morocco is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, an English-speaking HSE Supervisor in El Jadida, Morocco, within the construction sector. The role covers the development and implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, inspections, risk assessment and incident management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies
- Train employees and raise awareness
- Carry out safety inspections and audits
- Manage incidents and investigate them
- Perform risk assessments
- Manage waste and hazardous substances
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor regulations and research
Required profile
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience at JESA or OCP is desirable
- English-speaking profile
