Human Resources Specialist – Operational HR & Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support our growing team in Nador. The role focuses on operational excellence, scaling HR workflows and delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including campus hiring, university relations, job fairs and graduate intake.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and coordinate off‑boarding processes.
• Handle employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, probation tracking and contract renewals within statutory deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks in HR processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Review, update and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance and cultural fit.
• Maintain data integrity in the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee records and reporting.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in operational HR, process improvement or contract management.
• Fluent English for system management and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing and automating HR processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
