Industrial Maintenance Engineer

About the role

COFICAB Morocco, part of the ELLOUMI Group, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Engineer. The role covers preventive and predictive maintenance policies, monitoring of corrective maintenance performance, field support for critical equipment failures, technical documentation and training of the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance policies and checklists, and keep equipment and facility technical documents up to date.
• Monitor work request prioritization, work order schedules and resource allocation; supervise preventive and corrective maintenance in line with standards, industrial norms and budget.
• Provide field support to maintenance teams during complex equipment problems and failures.
• Inspect the quality of interventions, analyse intervention reports and verify record accuracy.
• Develop training programs for the maintenance team.

Required profile

• An engineering diploma (maintenance, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good level of French and English is mandatory.
