About the role

The Occupational Nurse works under the supervision of the Occupational Physician to protect the physical and mental health of employees in the workplace. The role combines preventive health actions, medical assistance, emergency response, and administrative management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement preventive health programs and medical surveillance for staff.
• Provide immediate medical assistance and manage emergency situations on site.
• Conduct medical assessments and identify potential health or behavioral issues.
• Maintain accurate health records and handle administrative tasks related to occupational health.
• Collaborate with the occupational physician to develop health policies and interventions.

Required profile

• State‑recognized nursing qualification (e.g., ISPIT).
• Significant experience in occupational medicine or workplace health.
• Ability to condition patients and manage medical situations effectively.
• Strong medical technical competence.
• Skill in identifying behavioral disorders.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Fluent in French.
