About the role
The Occupational Nurse will work under the supervision of the Occupational Physician to safeguard the physical and mental health of employees at their workplace. This position combines preventive health actions, medical assistance, and administrative duties to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement preventive health programs and provide medical assistance to employees.
- Manage emergency situations and coordinate immediate medical response.
- Conduct medical prevention activities, including health screenings and risk assessments.
- Handle administrative tasks related to occupational health records and reporting.
Required profile
- State‑recognized nursing qualification (e.g., ISPIT).
- Significant experience in occupational medicine.
- Ability to prepare and condition patients for medical examinations.
- Strong medical technical competence.
- Capability to identify behavioral disorders and excellent communication skills in French.
Required skills
- Medical technical proficiency (clinical assessments, first‑aid procedures).
- Fluency in French language.
