Inside Sales Associate (English Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who will primarily interact with customers by phone to identify and secure the right products or services for their needs. The role supports a portfolio of valued customers and collaborates with field sales, suppliers, engineers and other internal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure pricing accuracy in all quotes.
• Systematically manage an assigned portfolio, taking proactive sales and administrative actions.
• Coordinate with internal corporate groups to ensure customer satisfaction and expand market share.
• Identify new sales opportunities, provide technical support, data sheets and place purchase orders.
• Maintain accounts by tracking shipments, managing backlogs, expediting orders and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree with 2–5 years of inside sales experience, or high school graduate with equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in inside sales or sales roles.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.
• Problem‑solving ability using standard procedures to make sound decisions.
