About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an English‑speaking Sales Operations Associate to support its sales team in Casablanca. The role focuses on maintaining accurate CRM data, providing administrative assistance, and handling vendor order issues.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system by entering, organizing, and keeping it accurate.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle vendor requests and issues related to orders.
Required profile
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.
