Inside Sales Representative – Italian Language

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative fluent in Italian to manage renewal opportunities for its technology portfolio. The role focuses on partner collaboration, risk identification, and delivering high‑quality customer service within a fast‑paced, partner‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities on a 120‑day cadence.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure visibility of renewal timelines and requirements.
• Identify early churn signals, budget issues, or dissatisfaction and escalate appropriately.
• Provide quotes, pricing details, product clarification, and renewal documentation to partners.
• Support partners in presenting renewal value and overcoming objections.
• Achieve quarterly and annual renewal rate targets.
• Drive conversations around upsells, multi‑year deals, or product expansion when applicable.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Update CRM (Salesforce) daily with opportunity status, interactions, risks, and next steps.
• Resolve issues related to pricing, product clarification, SLA concerns, or billing questions.
• Execute renewal, win‑back, and retention campaigns as instructed.

Required profile

• Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service within the tech/SaaS/IT industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value to partners and end users.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, partner‑led sales environment.
• Very good command of English and Italian.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing a large renewal pipeline.
