Inside Sales Associate (Italian Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who speaks Italian to support and grow relationships with key Italian‑speaking customers in the Data Center solutions space. You will manage the full sales cycle, from quoting to delivery, and collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and field sales to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of data‑center customers through daily phone and email contact.
• Prepare and process complex quotes for servers, storage, and networking solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and align solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate with field sales, product specialists, and supplier contacts to deliver value‑added services.
• Track orders, manage backlogs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and report on account activity.
• Act as post‑sales point of contact to resolve delivery or service concerns.

Required profile

• Enjoys building relationships and has a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure, especially data‑center technologies.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written); English knowledge is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with CRM systems and quoting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
