Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative fluent in English in Casablanca. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, building a sales pipeline and driving demand for IT products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Engage with end users and partners to generate demand and drive sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets.
• Support customers and partners with quotes, pricing and product information.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and daily CRM updates.
• Follow sales processes and partner engagement frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners and vendors to support business growth and resolve commercial issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in inside sales, business development or a customer-facing sales role.
• Hunter mindset with a passion for developing new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment; highly organized, proactive and results-oriented.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent.
