Insurance Growth & Market Development Internship

About the role

Afriquantrix, together with a newly licensed insurance brokerage in Morocco, offers internship missions for motivated individuals eager to shape the future of insurance, advisory, operations and digital client experience. Interns will join cross‑functional teams and contribute from day one to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support identification of client segments, prepare outreach offers, and map market opportunities for insurance growth.
• Assist in client onboarding, file preparation, contract documentation, and design smoother insurance journeys.
• Create educational content, social media posts, and client‑facing communication to make insurance accessible.
• Contribute to data structuring, process mapping, operational dashboards and early‑stage digital tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure confidentiality and quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about insurance, finance, regulation or technology.
• High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and ask insightful questions.
• Proficiency in English or French; Arabic is a plus.
