International Recruitment Recruiter & Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a motivated International Recruitment Recruiter who will also act as Team Lead for our IT staffing agency. The role combines hands‑on recruitment for the Belgian market with leadership of a small team of three recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train recruiters to meet daily and weekly KPIs in sourcing, interviewing and candidate submission.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and report progress, pipelines and sourcing activity to management.
• Source and qualify IT candidates for Belgian clients, present matches and manage high‑priority requests from sourcing to placement.
• Serve as primary client contact, understand staffing needs, propose tailored solutions and develop new business relationships.
• Ensure recruitment processes are executed with quality, speed and professionalism, track results and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT staffing recruitment, preferably in the Belgian market.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a recruitment team.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and the ability to translate technical requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Use of AI‑based sourcing tools.
