About the role
We are expanding our international support team and are looking for 30 native or fluent Italian speakers to join us as Customer Service Representatives. In this full-time position you will interact with customers across phone, email and chat, delivering high-quality assistance in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other language teams to share best practices and improve service standards.
Required profile
- Native or fluent Italian language proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
