About the role

The Injection Mold Workshop Manager will lead the workshop responsible for the maintenance, fabrication and repair of injection molds and tooling at the Erum plant in Tangier, Morocco. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role ensures that all workshop activities support uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee corrective and preventive maintenance of molds and tooling according to specifications.
• Coordinate the manufacturing and repair of molds, tooling and machine parts.
• Ensure timely delivery of molds and tooling to the production line.
• Maintain availability of work tools, consumables and workshop equipment.
• Analyze workshop performance data and develop action plans.
• Maintain reliable information systems for the department.
• Assign tasks, supervise staff and develop required competencies.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects and comply with the Integrated Management System.
• Uphold corporate and regional policies.
• Train personnel on machines and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an injection‑mold workshop or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and quality standards.
• Ability to analyse results and implement corrective actions.
