Junior Operations Manager

About the role

Hanout Boutique, a fast-growing Moroccan fashion house based in Marrakech, is expanding and is looking for a Junior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics and retail coordination across its boutiques, atelier and online store.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth coordination between the boutiques, atelier and e-commerce.
• Monitor inventory and stock movements with precision and efficiency.
• Supervise order fulfilment, shipping, returns and refunds so clients have an effortless experience.
• Manage customer communication by email and WhatsApp.
• Organise the company's accounting documents each month and liaise with the external accountant.
• Support the retail team so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, retail and/or e-commerce.
• Organised, composed and solution-driven, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with inventory systems and online platforms.
• Shopify or Odoo experience is a plus.
