Junior Sourcing Agent (Internship)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing software services company seeking a motivated Junior Sourcing Agent intern. This role is ideal for recent graduates or interns who want to start a career in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or business development within the IT industry.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, clean and maintain the existing candidate database.
• Review and update historical candidate records for accuracy.
• Contact candidates to refresh profiles, availability, skills and career interests.
• Conduct first‑level qualification calls with applicants.
• Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Enrich the talent database with new qualified profiles.
• Match candidate profiles to current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate summaries and screening notes.
• Ensure proper tracking in recruitment tools and internal systems.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with people and building professional relationships.
• Professional phone presence and strong listening skills.
