Launch Engineer

About the role

The Launch Engineer will drive the planning, execution, and control of new product introductions within our production environment. This role ensures that all necessary policies, processes, and resources are aligned to meet launch objectives while staying within budgetary limits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, techniques, processes, and procedures to support production goals.
• Plan and monitor department budget spending, ensuring resources are available to meet launch targets.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross‑functional teams for new product launches, communicating performance metrics and addressing issues.
• Lead and coordinate the launch team to achieve client requirements and company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing product launches or similar production projects.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
