Lead Business Architect

About the role

Temenos is seeking a Lead Business Architect to drive the successful implementation of the Transact AA product for our banking clients. You will act as a senior consultant, guiding complex functional deliveries and mentoring less‑experienced team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the Transact AA product across multiple projects.
• Provide detailed technical support and resolve day‑to‑day challenges during deployments.
• Coach and advise junior consultants on complex functional issues.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Contribute to the Centre of Excellence by sharing knowledge and suggesting product or process improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in banking technology implementations, preferably with Temenos solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently on complex problems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and industry trend awareness.
