Lead Nursery Supervisor (Sidi Bouknadel, Morocco)

About the role

The Lead Nursery Supervisor will work within Driscoll's Operations Department to ensure the highest quality berry plants are produced for growers. Based in Sidi Bouknadel, the role focuses on executing field tasks, innovating growing techniques, and delivering plants on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to implement best‑growing practices.
• Lead and supervise a team of field workers, planning tasks and labor.
• Maintain records, ensure equipment functionality, and coordinate mechanical repairs.
• Support weekly crop planning and develop clear work strategies.
• Drive innovation by adapting new growing techniques to improve plant quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years of horticulture experience, including people management.
• Experience with berry crops, substrate production, and plant nursery operations.
• Leadership and strong communication skills in English (preferred) and French (required).
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and act proactively.
