Lead Specialist People Development & Culture (Morocco)

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Lead Specialist to drive people development, leadership, and cultural initiatives across Morocco. The role partners with HR and site management to embed talent management, learning, and LEONI values into daily practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal advice, create concepts and promote implementation of talent management, learning, personnel development, and cultural initiatives.
• Support the annual talent management cycle, including development conversations, performance conferences, succession planning, and related IT tools.
• Design, implement and monitor country‑specific development activities and diagnostics in collaboration with leaders.
• Manage the national learning catalogue, support the LMS, and coordinate local training offers, external providers, and billing.
• Assess local learning needs, create annual training plans, and deliver or coordinate training sessions.
• Coordinate global employee surveys, consolidate results, analyse data and follow up on actions.
• Advise on and steer activities that reinforce LEONI values and cultural development.
• Measure, report and monitor key performance indicators for all people development initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources or related field.
• Relevant working experience in talent management, learning, or HR development.
• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
